A Stay-At-Home Conference (?)

For those who don't know, there's been a conference going on since Friday called the International Podcasting Expo 2006. I wish I had learned of this sooner, considering this is the last day, but you can still check it out, and maybe even get in on a session or two before it's over.

What's different about this event is that it's conducted entirely online. This virtual expo even has exhibitors booths and meeting rooms just like a physical conference (take the video tour of the expo site). General admission is $11.00 which includes a free audio recording and editing program, and a multi-media podcasting course. The best thing about it is you don't have to leave your chair!

So hurry up and get in before the closing ceremony. (Yes, there's a closing ceremony.)
